Sold a Vacant Land home in 2021 in Millville, CA.
I owned a 20 acre parcel that I was interested in obtaining a market evaluation as to whether to sell or hold. I contacted five agents for a comparative value. 2 told me the value was near assessed value, which after commission I would have had a loss. 1 agent asked her co-workers for a price/guess which was low even after I provided her with comps and research I had to do. Don Wilkins only asked for the parcel number and some basic information in 24 hours he emailed me a realistic market evaluation with recent sales of both vacant land and homes all within the community where my land was. He was familiar with the area, knew some of the neighbors and was confident of his valuation giving both a high and low range of the market. I went with Don and I was not disappointed he had the listing done with pictures ready to go. He received a offer almost immediately that was in the lower range and counseled me that the listing was new and interest was high we waited and a higher offer was made he hammered out the details with the buyers agent and we had a deal. I feel lucky that i had Don as my agent his skill, product knowledge, and expertise made all the difference and resulted in a sale. I would not hesitate to to work with Don again or to recommend his services.

I don't know how he had the patience to hang in there with us for so long as we were extremely selective/picky in what we were looking for.
